Das Lübecker Burgtor.
The city of Lübeck was founded in 1143 and was the centre of the Hanseatic Union. This is the original entrance to the city, the Burgtor. Lübeck was designed like a fortress, with the rivers Wakenitz and Trave as natural boundaries.
