Hello and welcome to my first Rachel Bilson layout; TOXIC! I tell ya, I've never used so much 'lighten' in a layout. But I'm very happy with the outcome.
For those who don't know Rachel [ and my goodness if you don't ], she is best known for her role as 'Summer' in The OC and also in the upcoming movie; The Last Kiss where Rachel plays Kim!

I have strict but friendly rules you have to follow and they are not rocket science so that gives you no excuse to not follow them or else you will get in big trouble with me { you do not want to know what madness that can occur when I fusion with my ruler <3 }.

how to get the layout

>> To get this layout, you will have to e-mail me with the subject "toxic; w/ rachel bilson" to momu_illia@hotmail.com or you can comment it on the entry I've posted it on on Mokie-Icons with an e-mail I can reply to.
>> I will try and reply with the .zip file ASAP along with instructions to how to unzip and which to play around with and which that don't.
>> Bear in mind you will have to have basic HTML skills and CSS skilss to be able to edit and fix the styles and site to your liking ^^.
>> And one more thing, you will have to have either WinZip or WinRar to unzip the file that I will be sending to you =D.
